Orders can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the production department.

Returns or Exchanges - If you happen to order the wrong size or receive the wrong item, Poettker will accept the return of the new item with a refund to the employee. New items can be dropped off to the office administrator located at the front desk at either the Poettker Headquarters or the Charlotte Offices. If you are out of the area and have a return, please contact the team via the information below.

Item Availability - If an item is no longer available you will be contacted. You may receive an item in the same color family but a different brand due to inventory issues. If we can tell a huge difference we will call you.
